Inner Purity and impact on your hair health (Bye Bye Dandruff for Life)
We wake up everyday and take a bath to clean ourselves. We pray to God to give us all the wealth and peace of mind. Body Cleansing is not only required from outside but also from inside. You can clean your body from inside both at physical level and mental level.
Physical Impurities are:
- Excess Heat inside your body
- Excess Air inside your body and,
- Excess Oiliness inside your body
Mental Impurities are:
- Jealously
- Stress and,
- Bad thoughts/ Lust
Have you ever seen a true Yogi without Hairs? Answer is No. Their body and mind are pure energy. Their body is always glowing. They are full of energy. Physical cleaning is easy but Mental Cleaning will take years with continuous practice. This will not come in a month or two. Here are some methods which anyone can use to clean their body and get the hairs and beauty they deserve.
In this post we will discuss some proven techniques to clean your body physically.
- The best time to clean your body is Morning time. I am following below routine as much as possible
- Please do Kapalabhati and Anulom Vilom every day for 5 Minutes everyday.
- Practice Sirsasana for 2-3 Minutes daily (You can practice initially with a wall and gradually with practice you can master it).
- Practice Ashwini Mudra for 2 Minutes every Morning
- Practice Sarvangasana for 2 Minutes every Morning
- Start taking 2 teaspoon Giloy with 1 Glass water every day once you wake up in Morning. (This will clean your body of toxic chemicals)
- Start taking 1 teaspoon Honey daily (This will take down oiliness in your body)
- Start taking 2 teaspoon of Ghee every day (This will take down heat in your body)
- Start taking 10 Minutes of Morning Sunlight Daily
- Start doing oil pulling with extra virgin coconut oil Daily
- Start taking more seasonal fruits (1 different fruit every day)
- Drink Lassi/Buttermilk everyday.Do above for 1 Month and you will see a positive change in your overall health and subsequent change in your Hair Health. We will discuss about Mental Cleanness in coming posts. Stay Tuned!
Important Tip for Hairs: If you want to get rid of Dandruff, increase blood flow to Hair roots by doing Sirsasana. Once your dandruff is gone, you can use normal shampoo which in turn will make your hair roots more healthy. I am not giving any temporary solution for dandruff, the only solution is increase blood flow towards hair roots.
