Vitamin D Deficiency and Hair Fall

Vitamin D is essential for your hair growth and overall immune system. Do you guys know that hairs are the byproduct of bones and if you don't have strong bones, your hair cannot be healthy. Every guy who have bones related problems cannot have good hairs. It is a fact.

Only source of Vitamin D is Sunlight. People will tell you to take Eggs and other sources but as per me the deficiency of Vitamin D can only be fulfilled by Sunlight and nothing else. People say that they will tan their skin if they go in sunlight, it is because their skin is now not producing enough Melanin which is essential.  To increase melanin production take sunlight and have good diet which includes essentially all vitamins.

This is a vicious cycle wherein
  • Not Enough Sunlight leads to less Vitamin D production.
  • No Vitamin D production leads to weak bones.
  • Weak bones leads to hair fall and hair thinning.
Sunlight is only pure energy left and everything else is polluted now a days. Take benefit of this. Morning time is good to take sunlight between 6 AM - 7 AM.

Benefits of Sunlight in Morning (6 AM - 7 AM)

1. Improved Skin tone
2. Increased Energy Levels
3. More production of Vitamin D
4. Body can absorb calcium due to Vitamin D production
5. Increase in Metabolism

Do it for 1 Month and you will see less hair fall.

Interesting Fact about Hairs: Head and Shoulder will not cure your dandruff or neither any Ayurveda treatment like Curd or apple cider vinegar. The only solution of dandruff is more blood flow towards your hairs.

Read my next blog wherein we will discuss about how to cure dandruff. We will discuss about the cure and not treatment. With this cure, your dandruff will never come. Dandruff is one of the biggest reason for male pattern baldness.
